Down dog, alternate hand placement:  This is a good version if you have a hard time getting your hands to the ground.  Fold up a second yoga mat and place your fingertips and knuckles on it.  Press down into the folded up mat, draw your armbones into the sockets, and wrap the shoulder blades to the sides of your ribcage.
